HOW LONG UNTIL I CAN GET IT?

Our current processings times are always kept up to date on our Home Page. That processing time plus the 1-3 days shipping time gives you the expected number of business days from date ordered to date received. 

Pink Door Wreaths will ship the item in the most economical fashion (USPS Priority and UPS Ground) with an estimated transit time of 1-3 days. Please order accordingly.

OUTDOOR USE AND STORAGE

These are indoor and outdoor pieces, but they do appreciate a little shelter from the elements to stay in pristine condition.

To store them in the off-season, place them in a temperature controlled space to keep the heat from misshaping them (and making you sad when you open next season!). The shipping boxes are great for storing!!

RETURN POLICY

If your item arrives with a flaw or is damaged during transit we will of course replace it. Please send us photos of the damage to Dana@PinkDoorWreaths.com within 24 hours of receiving your item and we will address repair or replacement.

Given the personalized nature of our products, we do not generally accept returns due to changing one's mind.

This is really a lovely wreath. It arrived...

This is really a lovely wreath. It arrived on time, but sadly it was damaged. The monogram initial was broken. I contacted the seller and she was very helpful and sent a new initial right away and gave me instructions on how to replace it. All in all I would say this was a great seller to do business with. I would recommend this seller.
