Refund/Return Policies

Many hours go into making these custom items. No refunds are allowed unless item is damaged in shipping. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

If your wreath/hat is damaged in some way during shipping, please provide pictures and notify me within 24 hours of delivery. It will need to be returned in the same box in which it was delivered. The shipping boxes are thick, corrugated boxes and the wreaths are secured within them.
